📄 Steel Gallery – শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী (Terms & Conditions)
আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তসমূহ ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
১. পেমেন্ট নীতি:
- কাস্টম পণ্যের জন্য ৩০%-৭০% পর্যন্ত অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক।
- রেডিমেড পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি/বিকাশ/নগদ গ্রহণযোগ্য।
- সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ না করা পর্যন্ত পণ্যের মালিকানা Steel Gallery-র থাকবে।
২. অর্ডার বাতিল ও পরিবর্তন:
- কাস্টম পণ্যের ফোন কনফার্মেশনের পর বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
- রেডিমেড পণ্যের অর্ডার ডেলিভারির আগ পর্যন্ত বাতিল করা যাবে।
৩. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং:
- ডেলিভারি সময় ও চার্জ পণ্যের ধরন, ওজন, পরিমাণ ও লোকেশন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ার বা পরিবহন সেবাদানকারীর (RedX, Sundarban, Truck সার্ভিস) ভুলের জন্য Steel Gallery দায়ী নয়।
- প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, দুর্ঘটনা, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা ইত্যাদি কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরির জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।
৪. মূল্য ও অফার:
- পণ্যের মূল্য ও অফার পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- প্রচারমূলক অফার বা ছাড় নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য প্রযোজ্য; মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ অফার ক্লেইমযোগ্য নয়।
৫. ওয়্যারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি:
- নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যের উপর ১–১০ বছর পর্যন্ত সীমিত ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য (পণ্যের ধরন ও ব্যবহার অনুসারে)।
- ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী আলাদাভাবে প্রদান করা হয়।
৬. রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড:
- কাস্টম পণ্য রিটার্ন/রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
- রেডিমেড পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র ভুল/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য।
- রিটার্ন প্রমাণ (আনবক্সিং ভিডিও) ব্যতীত অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
৭. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব:
- ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারী নিজের দেওয়া তথ্যের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী।
- ভুল তথ্য প্রদানের কারণে কোনো সমস্যা হলে তার দায়ভার গ্রাহকের।
৮. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও নিরাপত্তা:
- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য (User ID, Password) গোপন রাখা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property):
- Steel Gallery ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট (ছবি, লেখা, লোগো, ডিজাইন ইত্যাদি) কপিরাইট সুরক্ষিত। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার/পুনরায় প্রকাশ নিষিদ্ধ।
১০. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা:
- যেকোনো প্রকার দুর্ঘটনা, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারী বিধিনিষেধ, কুরিয়ার দেরি ইত্যাদি ক্ষেত্রে Steel Gallery দায়ী থাকবে না।
১১. আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা:
- সকল কার্যক্রম বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন ও কনজিউমার রাইটস অ্যাক্ট অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
- যে কোনো বিতর্ক বা মামলা নিষ্পত্তির ক্ষেত্রে স্থান: ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ।

Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Payment Policy:
- 30%-70% advance payment is mandatory for customized products.
- Ready-made products are eligible for Cash on Delivery / bKash / Nagad payment.
- Ownership of the product remains with Steel Gallery until full payment is made.
2. Order Cancellation:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed after phone confirmation.
- Ready-made products can be cancelled before delivery.
3. Delivery & Shipping:
- Delivery time and charge depend on product type, size, weight, and location.
- Steel Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners (RedX, Sundarban, Truck service).
- We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, accidents, political instability, etc.
4. Pricing & Offers:
- Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
- Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be claimed after expiry.
5. Warranty:
- Specific products come with a limited warranty of 1–10 years (depending on product type and usage).
- Warranty terms are provided separately.
6. Return & Refund:
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Ready-made products are eligible for return/replacement only if damaged/incorrect, with proper proof (unboxing video).
- Claims without proper proof will not be entertained.
7. Customer Responsibility:
- The user is responsible for providing accurate information on the website.
- Steel Gallery is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect user data.
8. Account & Security:
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID & Password.
9. Intellectual Property:
- All content (images, text, logo, design, etc.) on Steel Gallery’s website is copyright protected. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability:
- Steel Gallery is not liable for accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, courier delays, etc.
11. Governing Law:
- All operations follow the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Act.
- Disputes, if any, will be resolved in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
