হ্যাঁ। শোরুমে এসে পণ্য, ফিনিশিং ও ডিসপ্লেতে থাকা মডেল দেখে তারপর অর্ডার করতে পারেন। নির্দিষ্ট কোনো মডেল দেখতে চাইলে আসার আগে ফোন বা WhatsApp-এ সেটি ডিসপ্লেতে আছে কি না জেনে নিলে সময় বাঁচবে।

হ্যাঁ। আমরা ঢাকার বাইরে বিভিন্ন জেলায় পণ্য পাঠাই। ছোট বা রেডিমেড পণ্য কুরিয়ার/হোম ডেলিভারিতে যেতে পারে, আর বড় বা কাস্টম পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সাইজ, ওজন ও লোকেশন অনুযায়ী কার্গো বা ট্রাক সার্ভিস লাগতে পারে।

বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে হ্যাঁ। Reference photo, sketch বা existing design দেখে কাছাকাছি style ও functionality-তে custom Stainless Steel product তৈরি করা যায়। Material, size, structure ও fabrication-এর কারণে দরকার হলে কিছু পরিবর্তন আগে জানিয়ে final design confirm করা হয়।

Kitchen Cabinet-এর দাম model, size, thickness, layout, accessories এবং customization-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। তাই একটি fixed price সব model-এর জন্য ঠিক হয় না। Ready model-এর current price বা custom quotation-এর জন্য model code/ছবি ও প্রয়োজনীয় size পাঠালেই সবচেয়ে নির্ভুল হিসাব পাওয়া যায়।

Custom order-এর ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত মোট অর্ডার মূল্যের 20%–50% advance নেওয়া হয়। কাজের ধরন, order value ও project scope অনুযায়ী payment schedule আলাদা হতে পারে; final terms quotation-এ confirm করা হয়।

Practical buying-এর ক্ষেত্রে Non-Magnetic stainless steel সাধারণত household product-এ বেশি পছন্দ করা হয়। তবে শুধু magnet test দিয়ে quality-এর final বিচার করা যায় না—material, thickness, company quality, fabrication ও ব্যবহার একসাথে দেখতে হয়। Bending বা welding-এর জায়গায় ভালো non-magnetic steel-ও সামান্য magnet ধরতে পারে।

SG #... হলো model identification code। কোনো design-এর code বললে শুধু ছবি বর্ণনা না করেও দ্রুত সেই model-এর size, price, customization বা quotation নিয়ে কথা বলা সহজ হয়।

দেখতে একই হলেও thickness, pipe/sheet weight, hardware, finishing, welding quality, actual size, installation ও transport-এর পার্থক্যে দাম বদলায়। তাই শুধু ছবি দেখে নয়—একই specification ধরে price compare করাই ভালো।

আমাদের অধিকাংশ regular ও custom fabrication-এ 201 series stainless steel ব্যবহার করা হয়, কারণ বাংলাদেশে এই material-ই সবচেয়ে বেশি practical ও cost-effective। নির্দিষ্ট food-contact বা special requirement-এ 304 ব্যবহার করা হয়—যেমন আমাদের SS 304 Cutting Board।

হ্যাঁ, ভুল chemical, salt/chloride, iron contamination, weld area-র contamination বা দীর্ঘদিন ময়লা জমে থাকলে stain বা corrosion দেখা দিতে পারে। বিশেষ করে Vixol/brick-cleaner ধরনের acid Stainless Steel-এ লাগানো ঠিক নয়। Stainless মানে corrosion-resistant—কোনো অবস্থাতেই কখনও দাগ হবে না, এমন নয়।

না। Non-Magnetic হওয়া একটি useful indicator হতে পারে, কিন্তু এটি quality-এর একমাত্র মাপকাঠি নয়। Material source, thickness, fabrication, welding/finishing এবং product-এর intended use—সবকিছু মিলিয়ে quality বিচার করা উচিত।

না। প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় অতিরিক্ত thickness শুধু weight ও cost বাড়াতে পারে, আর খুব কম thickness load-এর জন্য দুর্বল হতে পারে। ভালো product হলো প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সঠিক thickness, ভালো design, support এবং ভালো fabrication-এর combination।

Thickness বাড়লে সাধারণত rigidity, dent resistance ও weight বাড়ে। 0.4 mm budget/light-duty, 0.6 mm balanced everyday use, 0.8 mm বেশি rigid এবং 1.0 mm premium/heavier-duty feel দিতে পারে। তবে product type ও structure অনুযায়ী practical thickness আলাদা হয়।

Mirror finish বেশি reflective, Hairline/Brushed finish-এ একদিকে grain থাকে, আর Matte finish তুলনামূলক low-reflection look দেয়। Look-এর পাশাপাশি scratch visibility ও cleaning behaviour-ও আলাদা হয়।

Joint যেন clean ও uniform হয়, alignment ঠিক থাকে, sharp edge না থাকে, অপ্রয়োজনীয় burn/porosity না থাকে এবং visible weld area সুন্দরভাবে finish করা থাকে—এগুলো ভালো craftsmanship-এর লক্ষণ। Gate/Railing-এর ক্ষেত্রে fixing ও joint strength-ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

SS Kitchen Cabinet durable, washable এবং moisture-friendly storage solution। বাসন, খাবারের পাত্র ও kitchen items গুছিয়ে রাখা সহজ হয়, cleaning সহজ থাকে এবং wood/board-এর মতো পানি লেগে ফুলে যাওয়া বা termite-এর সমস্যা থাকে না।

Stainless Steel পানিতে ফুলে যায় না, termite attack হয় না, wipe/clean করা সহজ এবং ভালো fabrication হলে অনেক বছর ব্যবহার করা যায়। তবে look, sound ও feel-এর দিক থেকে wood/board আলাদা—তাই kitchen condition, budget ও preference অনুযায়ী সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া ভালো।

যে জায়গায় cabinet বসবে তার width, height ও usable depth মাপুন। দরজা খোলার জায়গা, sink/stove/window, wall projection ও চলাচলের clearance-ও দেখুন। তারপর storage need অনুযায়ী ready size বা custom size বেছে নিন।

হ্যাঁ। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী width, height, depth, door layout ও storage configuration customize করা যায়—যদি design technically feasible হয়। Production-এর আগে final measurement লিখিতভাবে confirm করা হয়।

Clear width, available height এবং wall থেকে সামনে পর্যন্ত usable depth দিন। Skirting, pipe, switch, window, uneven wall বা অন্য কোনো বাধা থাকলে photoসহ জানানো ভালো। Built-in বা tight-fit কাজ হলে site measurement সবচেয়ে নিরাপদ।

হ্যাঁ, reference photo বা design দেখে কাছাকাছি layout/style-এ cabinet তৈরি করা যায়। Exact copy সবসময় practical নাও হতে পারে; material availability, size ও structural support অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে adjustment করে আগে approval নেওয়া হয়।

আমাদের quality option সাধারণত thickness অনুযায়ী ভাগ করা হয়: Regular-এ 0.4/0.6 mm mix থাকতে পারে, Medium-এ 0.6 mm, Standard-এ 0.8 mm এবং Premium-এ 1.0 mm পর্যন্ত ব্যবহার করা হয়। Availability modelভেদে বদলাতে পারে। বেশিরভাগ home-use customer-এর জন্য 0.6 mm একটি balanced option।

বেশিরভাগ freestanding Kitchen Cabinet আমরা assembled/fully fabricated অবস্থায় দিই। খুব বড়, built-in বা special custom unit হলে delivery ও site condition অনুযায়ী assembly/installation লাগতে পারে।

সাধারণত custom Kitchen Cabinet-এর জন্য প্রায় 7–10 কার্যদিবস ধরা হয়। Design complexity, size, quantity, material availability ও workshop load বেশি হলে সময় বাড়তে পারে। Order confirm করার সময় estimated completion date জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।

ভালো material ও fabrication হলে SS Kitchen Cabinet দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহার করা যায়। Actual service life thickness, hardware, usage, chemical exposure ও maintenance-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। Selected model/quality-তে warranty period আলাদা হতে পারে, তাই invoice/quotation-এর warranty terms-ই final ধরা উচিত।

Steel Gallery-এর selected Kitchen Cabinet quality/model-এ দীর্ঘমেয়াদি warranty দেওয়া হয়; অনেক ক্ষেত্রে 25 বছর পর্যন্ত warranty policy প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। Exact warranty period, coverage ও exclusions আপনার quotation/invoice-এ confirm করে নিন।

Closed door/mesh ও কম gap থাকলে cabinet pests-এর direct access অনেকটাই কমাতে সাহায্য করে। তবে pest control-এর জন্য শুধু cabinet নয়—kitchen hygiene, food storage এবং gap sealing-ও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

সাধারণ পানি পড়া Stainless Steel-এর জন্য বড় সমস্যা নয়, তবে পানি, salt, cleaner বা ময়লা দীর্ঘসময় জমে থাকা উচিত নয়। Wipe করে শুকনো রাখলে appearance ও durability ভালো থাকে।

Main Gate-এর price সাধারণত overall size/area, design, pipe/sheet specification, thickness, hardware, finishing, fabrication, installation ও location-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। Square-feet rate estimate দিতে সাহায্য করে, কিন্তু final cost specification অনুযায়ী quotation-এ confirm করা হয়।

সাধারণ rectangular gate-এর আনুমানিক area = Height × Width। যেমন 7 ft × 10 ft হলে area 70 sq ft। তবে design, frame thickness, sheet coverage, hardware ও installation অনুযায়ী rate বদলাতে পারে।

সাধারণ estimate-এ railing-এর actual measured length × railing height ধরা হয়। Stair flight-এর ক্ষেত্রে floor-এর horizontal length নয়, railing চলার actual sloped length নেওয়া বেশি সঠিক। Landing/curve থাকলে segment ধরে হিসাব করা হয়।

দুটিই ভালো হতে পারে। Round pipe classic ও hand-grip friendly, আর box pipe modern geometric look দেয়। Final choice design, pipe size/thickness, span, post spacing ও আপনার পছন্দের ওপর নির্ভর করে।

সবসময় নয়। Stair Railing-এ slope ও hand-grip গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, আর Balcony Railing-এ fall protection, opening, fixing ও exterior exposure বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। Site condition অনুযায়ী specification ঠিক করা উচিত।

সময় quantity, site readiness, floor/access, welding/fixing requirement ও finishing-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। Gate সাধারণত workshop-এ তৈরি করে site-এ fit করা হয়; Railing অনেক ক্ষেত্রে site measurement অনুযায়ী fabrication ও installation করা হয়।

হ্যাঁ, project scope ও location অনুযায়ী আমাদের team ঢাকার বাইরেও installation করতে পারে। Transport, accommodation, site access ও কাজের পরিমাণ অনুযায়ী আলাদা quotation হতে পারে।

Alignment, level, joint/welding, sharp edge, door/gate movement, lock/hinge/roller, railing rigidity, fixing, visible dent/scratch এবং final measurement check করুন। Handover-এর সময় কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে photo/videoসহ জানানো সবচেয়ে ভালো।

Occasional পানি পড়া সাধারণত সমস্যা নয়, তবে পানি, salt, acid cleaner বা ময়লা দীর্ঘসময় জমতে দেওয়া উচিত নয়। Sink-এর পাশে rack হলে নিয়মিত wipe/rinse করে শুকিয়ে রাখলে ভালো থাকে।

Model-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। আমাদের বেশিরভাগ welded rack-এর shelf fixed থাকে, তাই adjust করা যায় না। Custom বা modular design হলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী adjustable system করা যেতে পারে।

Stainless Steel termite-resistant, moisture-tolerant, সহজে পরিষ্কার করা যায় এবং heavy-use বা low-maintenance environment-এ practical। কাঠের warmth ও texture আলাদা—তাই use-case ও design preference অনুযায়ী বেছে নেওয়া ভালো।

হ্যাঁ। Table, chair, sofa frame, bed, rack বা display unit-এর size, finish ও design language মিলিয়ে custom set তৈরি করা যায়। Reference image ও room measurement দিলে quotation সহজ হয়।

Stainless Steel Rehal durable, সহজে পরিষ্কার করা যায় এবং floor, bed বা chair seating অনুযায়ী raised reading position দিতে পারে। Suitable height হলে দীর্ঘসময় পড়ার সময় posture আরামদায়ক হতে সাহায্য করে।

Floor Rehal নিচে বসে পড়ার জন্য low height, chair-height model চেয়ারে/বিছানায় বসে পড়ার জন্য, আর lecture stand দাঁড়িয়ে বা উঁচু অবস্থানে reading/presentation-এর জন্য। ব্যবহারকারীর posture ও height অনুযায়ী model বেছে নেওয়া ভালো।

Modelভেদে feature আলাদা। কিছু model-এর height adjustable, আবার angle fixed বা adjustable হতে পারে। Order করার আগে নির্দিষ্ট model-এর feature confirm করুন।

হ্যাঁ। Quantity, model, height এবং delivery location দিলে bulk quotation দেওয়া যায়।

Steel Gallery-এর SS 304 Cutting Board food-preparation-এর জন্য clean, non-porous ও washable work surface হিসেবে তৈরি। 304 material corrosion resistance ও cleanability-এর জন্য kitchen/food-contact use-এ বহুল ব্যবহৃত।

হ্যাঁ। Knife contact-এর কারণে fine scratch হওয়া স্বাভাবিক cosmetic mark। এতে board automatically unsafe বা low-quality হয়ে যায় না। Deep burr বা sharp raised edge হলে surface check করা উচিত।

Daily home kitchen-এর জন্য 12×18 inch একটি balanced size। ছোট counter হলে 12×12 inch, আর বড় prep area দরকার হলে 18×24 inch বেশি সুবিধাজনক হতে পারে।

Product type, approximate size, reference photo/design, quantity, location এবং প্রয়োজনীয় quality/finish পাঠিয়ে শুরু করতে পারেন। এরপর feasibility, measurement, quotation, advance এবং production timeline confirm করে order final করা হয়।

কমপক্ষে width/height/depth বা relevant dimensions, quantity, location, reference design এবং use-case দিন। Gate/Railing/built-in কাজ হলে site photo, floor/access condition ও fixing surface-এর তথ্যও দরকার হতে পারে।

Initial/approximate quotation অনেক ক্ষেত্রে photo ও estimated size দেখে দেওয়া যায়। কিন্তু final price exact measurement, thickness, hardware, finishing ও site condition confirm হওয়ার পরে নির্ধারণ করা সবচেয়ে নির্ভুল।

হ্যাঁ। Sketch-এ dimensions, front/side view ও key details পরিষ্কার থাকলে concept বোঝা সহজ হয়। Complex কাজ হলে production-এর আগে drawing বা written specification approve করা ভালো।

Simple freestanding product বা accurate measurement থাকলে সম্ভব। Gate, Railing, built-in cabinet বা complex installation-এর ক্ষেত্রে final production-এর আগে site measurement বেশি নিরাপদ।

Gate, Stair/Balcony Railing, built-in cabinet, wall-fixed rack, multi-floor project বা যেখানে অল্প measurement ভুলেও fitting problem হতে পারে—সেখানে site measurement জরুরি।

Production approval দেওয়ার পরে change করা কঠিন হয়ে যায় এবং confirmed custom order সাধারণত change/cancel করা যায় না। তাই size, design, thickness, finish ও quantity advance দেওয়ার আগে ভালোভাবে confirm করুন।

সাধারণত যায়, তবে proportion, pipe/sheet size ও structural support adjust করতে হতে পারে। খুব বড় বা ছোট scale-এ একই design হুবহু নিলে look বা strength বদলে যেতে পারে।

হ্যাঁ। Existing design, finish, pipe profile ও surrounding space দেখে matching custom work করা যায়। Clear photo, sample ও accurate measurement দিলে match ভালো হয়।

হ্যাঁ। Restaurant/Hotel furniture, work table, counter, shop rack, display unit বা storage system quantity ও specification অনুযায়ী bulk/customভাবে তৈরি করা যায়।

Floor-wise measurement/drawing, total quantity, railing height, model/design, pipe size/thickness, site location ও installation scope দিলে project quotation করা সহজ হয়। বড় project-এ sample section approve করে batch-wise কাজ করাও সম্ভব।

Steel Gallery সাধারণ repair service করে না। তবে আমাদের তৈরি project-এ polishing, limited modification বা আমাদের workmanship-related কোনো issue থাকলে feasibility অনুযায়ী আলাদাভাবে review করা যায়। Additional work হলে charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

Confirmed custom order সাধারণত cancel/change করা যায় না এবং custom-made product regular return-এর আওতায় পড়ে না। তবে আমাদের ভুল specification বা manufacturing issue থাকলে case অনুযায়ী review করা হয়।

Thickness, total material weight, design complexity, finishing, hardware, welding/fabrication quality, size, quantity, installation ও delivery—সবকিছু price বদলায়। তাই শুধু দেখতে একই product-এর ছবি দেখে দাম compare না করে specification মিলিয়ে compare করুন।

Exact size/measurement, design, thickness, finish, quantity, installation scope ও delivery location confirm হওয়ার পর final quotation সবচেয়ে নির্ভুল হয়। Initial estimate final measurement-এর পরে change হতে পারে।

অনেক product-এ thickness, hardware, pipe profile ও finishing অনুযায়ী একাধিক quality option রাখা যায়। তবে safety বা structural requirement শুধু budget কমানোর জন্য কমানো উচিত নয়। কোন option practical হবে তা product অনুযায়ী ঠিক করা হয়।

হ্যাঁ, product ও quantity অনুযায়ী wholesale/reseller quotation দেওয়া যায়। Universal MOQ সব product-এর জন্য এক নয়, তাই quantity দিলে applicable rate জানানো হয়।

হ্যাঁ। Quantity, specification, payment terms ও schedule অনুযায়ী project-based special quotation দেওয়া যেতে পারে।

সাধারণত ready-made product-এর ক্ষেত্রে delivery charge advance নেওয়া হয় এবং বাকি টাকা delivery/COD বা approved payment method-এ দেওয়া যায়। Product ও delivery method অনুযায়ী exception থাকতে পারে।

হ্যাঁ। bKash, Nagad এবং Bank payment করা যায়; eligible ready-made order-এ COD-ও থাকতে পারে। Payment করার আগে official number/account ও order reference verify করে নিন।

Delivery charge advance নিলে courier/transport booking confirm করা যায় এবং failed/false order-এর transport loss কমে। তাই ready-made delivery-তে এই policy রাখা হয়।

Ready/stock product-এর ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণত প্রায় 1–3 কার্যদিবস লাগতে পারে। Holiday, courier load, product size বা special handling-এর কারণে সময় বদলাতে পারে। Custom/large item-এর timeline আলাদা।

ছোট/ready-made product courier বা home-delivery network-এ যায়। বড়/custom product size ও weight অনুযায়ী cargo, covered vehicle বা truck service-এ পাঠানো হতে পারে।

Location, weight, size/volumetric size, courier/transport type এবং বড় product-এ vehicle requirement অনুযায়ী charge বদলায়। তাই FAQ-এ fixed amount না দিয়ে order confirmation-এর সময় final charge জানানো হয়।

Package damage, model, size, quantity, visible dent/scratch, missing parts এবং door/hinge/lock/roller operation check করুন। Large/custom product হলে final measurement ও finishও handover-এর সময় মিলিয়ে নিন।

Parcel খোলার আগে থেকে continuous unboxing video থাকলে damaged, wrong বা missing item claim দ্রুত verify করা যায়। বিশেষ করে courier delivery-তে এটি useful proof।

Product ব্যবহার বা modify না করে photo/video, order information এবং সম্ভব হলে unboxing proofসহ দ্রুত Steel Gallery-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন। Current return/replacement policy অনুযায়ী issue review করা হবে।

Wrong, damaged/defective বা parts missing অবস্থায় ready-made product return/replacement review করা হতে পারে। Final eligibility সবসময় current Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী হবে।

Visible dirt, oil বা water mark হলে পরিষ্কার করুন। Kitchen/wet area-তে নিয়মিত wipe ভালো, আর outdoor product-এ dust/salt জমার আগেই cleaning করা উচিত। Fixed interval-এর চেয়ে surface clean রাখা বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

Clean water, mild soap বা mild dishwashing liquid এবং soft microfiber cloth/non-abrasive sponge সবচেয়ে safe routine option। শেষে clean water দিয়ে wipe/rinse করে শুকিয়ে নিলে water spot কমে।

হ্যাঁ। Mild dishwashing liquid dilute করে soft cloth বা sponge ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। পরে clean water দিয়ে wipe/rinse করে শুকিয়ে দিন।

না। এই ধরনের acid cleaner Stainless Steel-এ খুব দ্রুত লালচে/বাদামি দাগ, pitting বা corrosion শুরু করতে পারে। Accidentally লাগলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব প্রচুর clean water দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

Concentrated bleach বা chloride-containing cleaner সাধারণ decorative Stainless Steel-এ এড়িয়ে চলাই ভালো। লাগলে দ্রুত প্রচুর clean water দিয়ে rinse করুন।

প্রথমে mild detergent ও soft cloth ব্যবহার করুন। বেশিরভাগ fingerprint/grease এতে উঠে যায়। পরে clean water দিয়ে wipe করে শুকিয়ে নিন।

Mild detergent দিয়ে শুরু করুন। Mineral mark থাকলে bare Stainless Steel-এ খুব অল্প diluted vinegar ছোট জায়গায় test করে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে; পরে clean water দিয়ে ভালোভাবে wipe/rinse করে শুকিয়ে নিন। Acid/brick cleaner ব্যবহার করবেন না।

প্রথমে mild detergent ও clean water দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করে শুকিয়ে দেখুন। না উঠলে chemical exposure, iron contamination, weld area বা trapped dirt কারণ হতে পারে। Repeated/deep stain হলে stainless-safe cleaner বা professional help নেওয়া ভালো।

বৃষ্টি বা ধুলো-ময়লা জমে থাকা জায়গা নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার করুন, fresh water দিয়ে wash করে শুকাতে দিন এবং acid/chloride cleaner এড়িয়ে চলুন। Sheltered area-তে যেখানে rain wash কম হয় সেখানে cleaning একটু বেশি দরকার হতে পারে।

Dry dust-এর ওপর ঘষাঘষি না করে আগে wipe/rinse করুন, soft microfiber cloth ব্যবহার করুন এবং abrasive powder/steel wool এড়িয়ে চলুন। Deep scratch পুরোপুরি মিলাতে professional polishing লাগতে পারে।

Hairline finish-এর visible grain একদিকে থাকে। Grain বরাবর wipe করলে texture সুন্দর থাকে এবং cross-scratch কম দেখা যায়।

সাধারণত না। Steel wool surface scratch করতে পারে এবং iron particle রেখে পরে rust-like stain তৈরি করতে পারে। Soft non-abrasive pad ব্যবহার করুন।

অনেক bare Stainless Steel surface re-polish/refinish করে appearance অনেকটা restore করা যায়। Result scratch, dent, pitting ও original finish-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। Coloured/PVD surface সাধারণ polishing করলে colour নষ্ট হতে পারে।
