✅ Please Inspect at the Time of Delivery:

• If the product is wrong, defective, or damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately or return the product on the spot.
  
  
• No order can be canceled after phone confirmation.
  
  
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or complaint. Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.
  
  

🚫 Returns After Delivery:

• No returns will be accepted after delivery without an unboxing video.
  
  
• Customized/Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund under any condition.
  
  

💰 Refund Policy:

• After verifying the returned product, a refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
