At Steel Gallery, every product is carefully crafted and processed with special attention to ensure you receive 100% genuine, durable, and reliable stainless steel items.

Below are the details of our order, payment, and delivery policies to give you a clear understanding of our service process:

✅ Order Processing:

✔️ All orders are confirmed via phone call.
✔️ Ready-made items (such as cutting boards, rolling pins, hangers, etc.) can also be collected directly from our store.
✔️ For customized/made-to-order products (such as gates, railings, beds, sofas), 30%-70% advance payment is mandatory (depending on the product type and production progress).
✔️ Customers living abroad can easily place orders through WhatsApp (📱 +88 [Your WhatsApp Number]).
✔️ For ready-made products, delivery charges are collected in advance; the remaining amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) / bKash / Nagad.
✔️ Customized products (like gates, railings, beds, sofas) are manufactured in our own factory and delivered to the customer’s home/office with fitting and installation services by our skilled team.

✅ Delivery Methods & Time:

🔹 Ready-Made Products (e.g., Cutting Boards, Rolling Pins, Hangers):

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Courier Services: RedX / Sundarban Courier

🔹 Customized/Large Products (e.g., Gates, Railings, Beds, Sofas):

• Delivery time and cost will depend on product design, size, and complexity.
• Courier Services: Sundarban Courier / Truck Service.

✅ Delivery Charges:

🔸 Ready-Made Products:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 130 (may increase based on size and weight)

🔸 Customized/Large Products:

• Charges will be determined based on the product’s size, weight, delivery location, and transport method.

❗ Cancellation & Return Policy:

✔️ No order can be canceled after phone confirmation.
✔️ Return/refund is not applicable for customized products.
✔️ For ready-made items, please check the product in front of the delivery person or record an unboxing video. Claims without valid proof (video/photo) will not be accepted.

⚠️ Special Note:

Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, political unrest, traffic issues, etc. In such cases, our customer support team will inform you in advance.
